Applications for 2018 Cultural Council grants now being accepted

Proposals for programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences are all now being accepted, provided they benefit the Wellfleet community. These grants can support a wide range of local projects and activities such as: exhibitions; live performances; publications; workshops; classes; special events…and more!
Need help with your proposal? The Council will hold a live Help Desk session Saturday, September 23, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Wellfleet Council on Aging. Alternately, you can reach the Council anytime via email: [email protected] if you have questions or get stuck.

The Wellfleet Cultural Council is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and by the Town of Wellfleet. Last year, the Wellfleet Cultural Council made 25 grants totaling $7,800.

Proposals may be submitted either in paper or online formats. The option to apply online is new this year. You can access the application forms here: mass-culture.org/wellfleet. All proposals must either be completed online, postmarked, or stamped received at the Wellfleet Town Hall Clerk’s Office by the October 16 deadline. Late applications are disqualified.
