The Crown & Anchor’s restaurant, formerly The Central House, has undergone a complete overhaul under the direction of a prestigious West Coast design team. The restaurant continues to offer streetside dining in the heart of Provincetown, but the courtyard seating has been expanded and offers a raw bar featuring grilled and raw oysters, clams, lobster tails, and a decadent seafood tower with crab, lobster, clams, and oysters. There is also full bar service and a daily Happy Hour at 5 p.m. featuring $1 oysters. Open for both lunch and dinner, the Crown & Anchor offers an all-day menu with delicious small plates for sharing or as appetizers, such as the scallop ceviche or the deviled eggs, which are topped with fried oysters. Full entrées include the decadent Lobster Feast and a grilled ribeye steak au poivre, as well as sandwiches, fish and chips, and a number of elevated New England seafood classics. Vegetarian options are also available, as well as a stellar wine, beer, and cocktail list. Have dinner before any of The Crown & Anchor shows and receive preferred seating.
