Though the menu is similar to Mac’s Shack in Wellfleet, this is no shack. Here you’ll find a modern, big-city feel mixed with your classic fish house. It’s all about warm, comfortable, and clean in this Provincetown eatery. They offer a full sushi and raw bar, a list of beers on tap, a fabulous and extensive wine list, and numerous signature cocktails and martinis. In the kitchen Mac turns out old favorites like crispy fried fish tacos, seared scallops, and pan-roasted halibut, as well as new dishes like the tuna crudo, butter poached lobster, and homemade lobster gnocchi. In addition to the sit-down restaurant, a beach menu is also served counter style, with all of the Cape classics you would expect, like fried clams, fish and chips, and fresh, hand picked lobster rolls. Finish up the meal with a soft or hard ice cream from the dairy bar.
