A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Chef/Owner Bob Montano makes fresh pasta daily, using an artisan bronze die method. Try the fettuccine bolognese, short rib ragu, or riccotta gnocchi. All sauces and pizza dough are made fresh daily. In addition to Italian cuisine, Montano’s also offers dry-aged prime steaks, locally caught seafood, New Haven-style pizza, and housemade desserts.
