Yolqueria (formerly called Yolk) is branching out. Still a perfect spot for breakfast, Yolqueria offers street tacos daily from
6–10 p.m. and brunch 8 a.m.–2 p.m. Whether you’re on vacation, it’s the weekend, or you just want to start the day out with a hearty meal, at Yolqueria, you can order traditional eggs and bacon, breakfast sandwiches, or their quinoa pancakes, buttermilk waffles, or cinnamon french toast. For a heartier meal Yolk offers fried chicken and waffles or cowboy
carnitas with shredded braised pork shoulder over roasted sweet potatoes with fried eggs. Chef Brandon Quesnell brings
his childhood experiences growing up in Baja to the evening taco menu, which is like a food truck in a restaurant, offering
chicken, carnitas, beef, and vegetarian tacos prepared in-house with homemade tortillas. Enjoy a couple of tacos with a
Mexican beer or soda, or a refreshing margarita. Dine inside or out on the street side patio.
