Vorellis offers a warm atmosphere of stained glass, cozy booths and paintings by local artists. This handsomely designed restaurant is known for its aged Angus beef. They offer a menu that takes steak seriously, boasting all the favorites: filet mignon, N.Y. strip, bone-in rib eye and Kobe half pound burgers at lunch and dinner. Vorellis offers a strong selection of local seafood as well, including lobster rolls, jumbo scallops, Atlantic cod and pan-seared crab cakes. The seafood pasta with sautéed lobster, shrimp, scallops and fish served with a scampi or lobster cream sauce over pasta is another popular choice. For starters try the Mediterranean appetizer plate, smoked salmon with prosciutto or Wellfleet oysters and clams ½ shell. Enjoy an infused vodka bloody mary or a luscious martini at the oak bar. The wine list is thoughtfully selected, with an array of moderately priced wines. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m.
