When you see the crowds outside the Lobster Pot, you may wonder what all the fuss is about.  When you walk under the neon sign and through the narrow entrance, past the open kitchen and the lobster tanks full of lobsters, and smell the fresh seafood, you start to understand. There’s a buzz of activity, a movement here; this is a restaurant where things happen.

It’s a two-story building and seats a whopping 167 people.  This insures that the food is always fresh, from the aforementioned lobsters to the tuna to the scallops to the salads to vegetarian selections to the steaks.  Local, fresh, and there is also an amazing view. Now celebrating its 40th year, The Lobster Pot is open daily 11:30 a.m.  – 9:30 p.m.
