A family systems therapist for 40 years, Larry also has over 30 years experience in his own personal fitness training. Now, as a certified personal trainer in pursuit of another certification in working with seniors, Larry uses all of this knowledge and skill to help create a better you.
When you meet with Larry, together you develop a goal. Perhaps you’re planning to have surgery and want to build strength. Or you are worried about your bone density. Or you just want to be stronger and more able to climb mountains on your vacation. Each program is personalized, right down to the location you choose. You can meet him at the Provincetown Gym, Willy’s Gym in Eastham, in his fully equipped home studio, or even on your deck, and you can work out alone or in small groups.
