Bayside Betsy’s

Beautiful views, good food, nice people. Bayside Betsy’s is a small year-round restaurant on the east end boasting one of the best views in town. From the dining room, the harbor opens up in a panorama that is spectacular! And the food? Fresh, quality ingredients, with quality preparation. The clam chowder has two kinds of clams and is made fresh every three days (Irv Morgan, the owner, says day 2 and day 3 are really the best days!), and the kale soup is passed down from none other than Mary Jason, a Provincetown native of Portuguese descent born in 1919, certainly a traditional recipe.

And this view is slated to improve. Bayside Betsy’s has applied for, and will likely get, an elevated deck to add to the back of the building, allowing for outside waterfront dining, which can only make that view even more spectacular! Check out this restaurant with the view; you’ll be glad you did!
